China out-innovates the U.S.A

Isn’t it interesting how some people say ‘Only Western Liberalism and open Democracy can bring progress!’, but yet, China – hardly Liberal by any standard – is now overtaking the USA in innovation (more new Patents), exports and soon, economic income.
